As Vinted’s Senior Director of Sustainability, Marianne Gybels leads the company’s wider efforts to promote a more sustainable fashion industry, deepening strategic alignment and impact across the whole Vinted group. Marianne has a background in development aid and working with NGOs to realize the power of social enterprises. Prior to joining Vinted, she worked for Booking Holdings, leading its efforts into a more sustainable travel industry.Her team’s remit ranges from creating a deep understanding of the environmental footprint of the business, to developing new models to measure the potential impact of second hand fashion.
